Pass Happy/Run Happy - Week 16

 Pass Happy

Washington (@CHI):  The forecast calls for fog, but no falling precipitation.  At this point the weather conditions don't seem to be too terrible.  So with that, we like the Redskins to put a whoopin' on the Bears after losing to the Panthers at home on MNF.  Even if fog becomes an issue, it may be in the Redskins' offense's favor.  Look for Kirk Cousins to have a big day.  His WRs should see equal targets, making each a good play in PPR formats.  TE Jordan Reed is iffy, making Vernon Davis a nifty little plug-and-play option.  Solid Start:  Cousins  Good Starts:  DeSean Jackson, Pierre Garcon, Jamison Crowder, Davis

Atlanta (@CAR):  Another contest where weather should not be a concern.  This will be easy pickins for Matt Ryan, with the Panthers currently at #30 in terms of giving up fantasy points to QBs.  And at this point, Julio Jones should play, making him a stud WR1 play.  Check the Falcons' practice report tomorrow and Friday just to be sure.  Solid Starts:  Ryan, Jones, Taylor Gabriel Good Starts:  Mohamed Sanu, Aldrick Robinson (if Jones is out)

Run Happy

Oakland (vs. IND):  The Colts front seven is simply not good to begin with and they have a rookie manning the middle.  Latavius Murray should get to 100 combined yards in his sleep.  If you're looking for a deep PPR RB flex play, flip a coin between Jalen Richard and DeAndre Washington.  Solid Start:  Murray  Risk/Reward PPR Flex Plays:  Richard or Washington

Los Angeles (vs. SFO):  OK guys, this is it!  Todd Gurley is finally going to top 100 rushing yards.  Benny Cunningham is on IR and Malcolm Brown will only see spot duty in spelling Gurley.  The Niners are a mess and are decimated at LB.  Solid Start:  Gurley
